Each villa has 3 Air-conditioned bedrooms, 2 bathrooms - one en-suite (Bath, shower cubical, WC, and hand basin) and a Main bathroom with large walk-in shower, hand basin and WC. Each villa sleeps 6, (7 with extra bed); there is an additional toilet downstairs. The lounge and dining room are spacious with comfortable furniture and Satellite TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with Fridge-freezer, Drinks Fridge, Hob, Oven Microwave and Dishwasher. There is a laundry area with Washing Machine, Ironing Board and Iron and an additional Fridge-Freezer for drinks and ice.
Interior layout Each villa is as follows - ground floor has a split level lounge/diner, with Patio Doors to a large covered terrace - a Fully fitted kitchen and Laundry Area. All bedrooms are on the first floor - Master Bedroom with large terrace and stunning sea views, and the Twin bedrooms have Juliette Balconies.
Exterior Large spacious grounds with Private swimming pool. There is a beautiful sea view from the villa, the beach is only a couple of minutes away and is close to a really good variety of restauants offering something for all tastes, In the summer months there are water sports on the beach and there is a water park about 15 minutes by car or bus.
Sleeping arrangements Each villa has 3 bedrooms - 1 Double with En-Suite, 2 twin bedded, of which one can be made up as a Super-king, or have a fold up bed for an additional guest. Cots are also available for infants.

Rates are based on up to 12 people, can add 1 extra person to each villa, however an additional charge is made. You may also be able to add and extra Infant in each villa, for a small extra charge, ask for details.
We may not always accept 10 day bookings, when accepted there is a supplement for Linen changes.
Security Deposit
A refundable security deposit is required to cover for any major loss, damage or disturbance, the amount is variable depending on the property and we also reserve the right to increase this for certain groups. This is due 10 days before your arrival and is returned 7 to 10 after the end of your holiday.
Special Mid and Long term rates are available on request, (Not High or Peak Seasons) The Minimum is 4 weeks - and is subject to service costs payable locally. NOTE there is a supplement for Christmas, New Year and Easter for Mid-term bookings.

Claravista is located is the south end of Mojacar Playa - the nearest beach just a 2 min stroll is Playa Ventanicas - offering Beach bars and sun loungers - or just take your towel there are plenty of quiet areas and lots of space,

Could not recommend highly enough. Villas perfect for 2 families with brilliant facilities and great location. Kids especially loved the pool. Excellent service from the start with help in booking airport transfers and getting a complimentary start pack.

We rented both villas for a large family get together and they were even better than we expected.
Totally clean and tidy with absolutely everything you need for a holiday. A great balcony with the master bedroom and amazing views.
A couple of minutes walk to bars and restaurants but the location is really quiet.
The service we received was excellent any questions we had were answered quickly and it made for one of the best holidays we have had in years.

Lots of support provided. Transfers for our party of 13 arranged and one villa set up for young children with cot, stair gate and high chair.
Everything we needed was available and the welcome pack was great.
The villa was clean, tidy and well equipped, everything available to keep the villas clean.
We had a fab time in the pool with the kids and relaxing with BBQs and the area has a beautiful beach and bars and restaurants to cater to all needs.
I would highly recommend for a large family group, we had a lovely relaxing family holiday with advice and help on hand if needed.

We had a lovely stay - villas were clean and had everything that we needed. The nice touches were that there were some store cupboard essentials in the villas- eg washing up liquid cooking oil that we could use .
Sandy and Richard were most helpful and were there if we needed anything.
Towels and linen were of a good quality .
Would thoroughly recommend staying here

Perfect holiday base *****
Ideally situated to enjoy the delights of Modjcar and surrounding area. We booked both villas for a large family holiday( age ranges 65 to 2), and pleased to say that we were perfectly catered for. The villas had all the facilities we could want, and the set up of bbq area was perfect for al fresco dining. Cot, high chair and even stair-gate were provided for the toddler, and the whole set up was very “child friendly”. Literally hundreds of bars and restaurants within easy walking distance (recommend El Sitio for very classy traditional Spanish cuisine or Martin Moralles for a great choice of daily menu at 15 euros for 2 courses, excellent quality).
