Interior layout Open plan Lounge/Diner with dining table and chairs/Kitchen, the room has air conditioning, the lounge area has a 3 seater sofa, a 2 seater sofa, sideboard with tv on and wifi, and patio doors from the lounge area leading to a balcony another table and 4 chairs + two sun loungers, and has spectacular views to the beach.
There is a small corridor leading to the 2 bedrooms - 1 with en-suite, and the other with a Shower room opposite.
Exterior The apartment is situated on a small development of about 40 apartments 300 metres up a hill from a long sandy beach. There is allocated parking in front of the apartments, which has the use of a secluded small pool within a lawned garden area with toilet/washroom facilities.
Sleeping arrangements There are two twin bedded rooms. However the master twin beds can be converted in to one Super King bed on request.
Both bedrooms have air conditioning and ceiling fans.
The master bedroom is en-suite with fitted wardrobes and patio doors directly to the balcony with great views.
And a guest room with twin beds, fitted wardrobes and is immediately opposite the shower room and wc.

Lovely apartment. Very well equipped, comfy and beautifully clean. Good sized balcony with sea views. There is nice communal pool in a well kept area.
Great location and ideally situated for the gorgeous sandy beach which is about a five minute walk away, and a good selection of shops, bars and restaurants.
Would be happy to visit again.

I have stayed at the apartment a number of times now and it always makes for a very enjoyable holiday.
The apartment itself is clean, fresh, spacious and has air conditioning throughout. The view from the balcony is excellent and the shared pool is often quiet giving a private feel.
The apartment is only a short walk to a number of great bars and restaurants, as well as the long stretch of beach.

Have stayed in this property multiple times over the last 10 years. It is really close to lots of excellent bars and restaurants (Al Punto for the meat eaters)! The apartment is only a 5 minute walk from the beach front and there is a long promenade which allows you to easily walk along the beach and find either a busy area of a nice quiet spot to yourself.
The sea view from the balcony is fantastic.
The apartment has air conditioning in both bedrooms and the main living area which ensures you are comfortable when trying to sleep even in the hottest days of summer.

What a place!
After traveling around the world and being to Spain a number of times we found Oasis an Mojacar Playa. Amazing accommodation spotlessly clean with a really helpful management team in an ideal location to explore either by foot or car. Rebooking now !!!!

Very well located apartment, with beautiful views of the sea. The pool was very quiet and enjoyable for us. The apartment is very well kept and offers a stay that we have really enjoyed.

Great appartment, great place close to the sea and restaurants, owners very kind
The appartment is very well located, just few minutes by walk to the sea, to restaurants, bars; Very convinient. Nice view from the terrasse; And the appartment itself if very confortable, not Noisy, climate air is appreciated and 2 bathroom as well.

We had 10 lovely days in this apartment in October.
We had 10 lovely days in this apartment in October. Sandy and Richard's team are fantastic and very accommodating. The hill side sea views in the morning start you off on a great footing every day, the beach and restaurants are within easy walking distances. Although in October we used the pool great for cooling down in the midday sun, as it has plenty of shady spots to hide in. The Imperial Chinese and Lua beach bar are our favourite places to eat and relax. The views from Mojacar Pueblo should not be missed. We spent our last day on the beach beds at Tito's and had lunch in their bar, a good finale to our holiday. We will be back, I am sure and will be recommending Villas in Mojacar to all our friends. Thank you.
