The apartment is within walking distance of many bars and restaurants to cater for all tastes; Spanish, Argentinian, Mexican, Chinese, Italian, French and Indian. There are tapas and beach bars and several others to suit your preference. There are a few small shops within walking distance and a good supermarket 5 minute drive along the Playa. If you are looking for a relaxing sunshine holiday.
There is a large Communial Swimming pool, with large terraces and stunning sea views.
There are several Kilometers of beach in Mojacar and they have been awarded European Union Blue Flags. There are a variety of different areas some just natural and others offering a variety of services. The apartment is situated just a short walk to the Paseo with cycle track, brilliant for an afternoon walk or early morning run.
Mojacar is very child friendly offering several children's play areas, child welcoming restaurants, and many events during the summer months. There is an excellent bus service available just a few minutes walk away with regular services to the historic Mojacar Village, Mojacar Playa, the fishing town of Garrucha, and the Aqua Park at Vera. The local street markets are also a big attraction.
There are many activities available in the local area including Go karting, Quad biking, Scuba diving, Caving, Horse riding and a variety of Water sports.

This is the third time that I have booked with villas in Mojacar and they are excellent very professional and nothing is to much trouble for Sandy the lady that looks after the villas and apartments we will definitely booked again next year with Villas in Mojacar ( Excellent)

This apartment is situated in a quiet location, yet with ample shops and restaurants near by. The apartment itself was well equipped, comfortable and best of all it was seconds away from the pool.
The beach at Mojacar is good for sunbathing, with lots of charming bars and cafes along the beach front. There are also some lovely beaches near by if you prefer a calmer wave .
and swim.
The old town is worth a visit, especially on market day. It still retains that old charm and has lots of character.
