Apartment in Mojacar playa with sea views. This delightful apartment has a large front terrace. There is a bright and spacious lounge, with two and three seater sofas. There is also a flat screen LCD TV with Sky Freeview channels and a DVD player with DVD,s. The dining area features a six seater table with chairs. The kitchen is fully equipped with an electric fan assisted cooker with a ceramic electric hob, microwave, toaster, Fridge Freezer and kettle. One of the twin bedrooms has patio doors leading out to the front terrace, a built in wardrobe with plenty of hanging space. The other twin bedroom with en suite, has a double wardrobe and a chest of draws. The en suite shower room has a walk in shower. The family bathroom is located in the main hallway, there is a full size bath with over head shower. The large front terrace has wonderful sea views, with a patio table and chairs, 2 sun loungers and 2 sun beds.

Exterior The apartment is elevated but there is a lift part of the way and then steps. It is on a Small phase of the Atalayones Complex, which has 3 swimming pools, 1 just for the use of guests in the phase, Access to Tennis Courts.

The Apartment was perfect for our needs and the service from Villas in Mojacar was excellent.
The late checkout option was a bonus at the end of a busy holiday.
