We had a fantastic stay at this property during May 2022 half term as 2 families with kids aged 15, 13, 9 and 4. The villa is large and spacious with loads of outdoor spaces. The pool is great, a good size for our group. Plenty of sun loungers and sunny or shaded space around the pool. Lovely sea views from the front terraces. The villa is well stocked with kitchen essentials and things like board games. The main bedrooms have AC units and there are lots of ceiling fans. The location is good if you are OK walking up and down the hill. It’s about 5-10 minutes walk down the hill to Thomas supermarket, beach & restaurants etc and about 10-15 minutes walking back up the hill. Our 4 year old managed to walk back up the hill (no buggy) every day. The service during our stay was very good - hot water query resolved very quickly. Fantastic service when our return flight got cancelled and we were lucky enough to extend our stay at short notice. My only minor feedback points would be that the mattresses in one of the lower floor bedrooms could do with replacing and that the toilet rolls hadn’t been refilled for our arrival and no spares were provided, but nothing a quick shop dash couldn’t fix! Would definitely stay here again. Enjoyed a day trip to Aqua Vera water park and sunset dinner in Mojacar old town as well as many restaurants in the playa.
