A beautiful Villa on a double plot offers a spacious place for families to enjoy summer holidays in the busy little village of Turre.
This property is located in the sought after neighbourhood of Aqua Nueva, Turre. Turre is a traditional charming Spanish village offering a vast number of local amenities including shops, restaurants, bars, pharmacy, dentists and more and well as a weekly Friday market, only a few minutes drive or a 20 min walk into the heart of the village.

Interior layout Entering the villa, it has a bright and airy feel leading to a lounge with dining table. A log burner is a lovely feature in the lounge and very cosy in the winter months.
The kitchen has all your needs and a very useful utility room with the washing machine.
There is a bedroom on the ground floor and a full bathroom.
On the first floor are a further 2 bedrooms, the master being an en suite and a family bathroom. The master bedroom has a lovely terrace over looking the Sierra Cabrera mountains.
The underbuild has been converted into a fabulous games room which includes a full size table tennis set up, dart board and even a games console, with a comfortable suite to relax on.
Exterior The garden and pool area are filled with mature trees and many fruit trees. The pool is a walk in beach style pool.
The villa is equipt with an outside kitchen and bar area to enjoy those warm summer evenings al fresco

Fantastic Villa Stay!
Spacious and full of character, this villa was perfect for our trip. It features a modern kitchen, three bathrooms (each with a shower), and excellent air conditioning (we only needed it to chill the bedrooms for bed time). The outdoor space is a real highlight — a beautiful pool, a relaxing lounge area, and an outdoor kitchen with a fridge, ideal for keeping drinks cold.
It’s just a 5–7 minute walk to the bars and restaurants in Turre, and only a 10–15 minute drive to the beach towns of Mojácar or Garrucha. The local waterpark is also close by, around 15–20 minutes by car.
The villa is clean, functional, and has a lovely Spanish charm. The cellar games room was a big hit with the kids and teens — great for all ages with a PS4. While we didn’t use the TVs, there are two large ones available, and with the fast, reliable internet, I’m sure you could stream using a Fire Stick or by logging into your streaming accounts.
We had a brilliant time and would definitely stay here again!

A fantastic villa, the walk in pool was the best pool we've ever had, it suited the whole family. Kelli our holiday bookings co-ordinater was so helpful. She was at the villa to greet us and show us around. Kelli had even thoughtfuly put the air con on.
We would highly recommend this villa and Kelli.
Thank you for making our holiday we will be back next year.
