Claravista 1 is in spacious grounds with just one other Claravista Villa, the 2 villas share their own private swimming pool and large gardens. Claravista 1 can also be booked together with Claravista 2 for larger parties. Only 2 minute walk to the beach and amenities, there is a large private terrace off the Master Bedroom and other bedrooms have Juliet balconies.

Each villa has 3 Air-conditioned bedrooms, 2 bathrooms - one En-suite (Bath, shower cubical, WC, and hand basin) and a Main bathroom with large walk-in shower, hand basin and WC. Each villa sleeps 6, (7 with extra bed); there is an additional toilet downstairs. The lounge and dining room are spacious with comfortable furniture, Satellite TV, and Bluetooth Speakers. The kitchen is fully equipped with Fridge-freezer, Drinks Fridge, Hob, Oven Microwave and Dishwasher. There is a laundry area with Washing Machine, Ironing Board, Iron and a 2nd Fridge Freezer for Drinks and Ice.
There is a beautiful sea view from the villa, the beach is only a couple of minutes away and is close to a really good variety of restauants offering something for all tastes, In the summer months there are water sports on the beach and there is a water park about 15 minutes by car or bus.
Interior layout The ground floor has has split level lounge/diner, with Patio Doors to a large covered terrace - a Fully fitted kitchen and Laundry Area. All bedrooms are on the first floor - Master Bedroom with large terrace with stunning sea views and Twin bedrooms have Juliette Balconies.

Tremendously relaxing week with the family!
These villas are perfectly situated really close to some fantastic restaurants and bars and really cleaning functional.
The 3 children definitely utilised the pool to its full potential and the owners Sandy and Richard could not have done enough for us which is always a challenge as we have a disabled 3 year old.
Cant wait to revisit thank you both so much.

We stayed at Sandy and Richards lovely villas for a week the night before we were due to go we were told the other villa was available and Sandy did us a fantastic deal on the 2nd villa so we could give our daughter and her family a special holiday. Sandy and Richard pulled out all the stops to get things sorted for our arrival with a lovely greeting pack and helped us with our surprise , the villas are so homely and have everything you could want for a family holiday .our 2 grandchildren spent all day and most of the evening in the pool it was so lovely to know they were safe and happy .sandy was so understanding when I had to report an unfortunate accident . We would like to keep this place a secret but we have already blabbed to all our friends and family . We will definitely be going back thank you for a fantastic holiday felt like we stayed with friends

Lovely villa in great location.
Very spacious and fully equipped. Owners always available and very helpful. Have already booked for next year. Thoroughly recommended.

We have just come back from our second trip to Claravista and before we left we have booked our 3rd, it is the best holiday accommodation I have ever stayed at, sandy and rich make it so comfortable with everything you need at the villa, there is so much to do along the sea front with great restaurants and bars but also the BBQ at Claravista makes it a great place to stay in and have a nice dinner, we all had a fab time and my boys enjoyed the pool and the older boys enjoyed the golf course just down the road, whilst the girls enjoyed the sun, highly recommend.

Lovely Villa Super Location
An excellent quiet location, close to bars,restaurants and the beach. This lovely villa is very well equipped with wifi, home entertainment, and a kitchen that has evertything one needs. With a splendid pool, many sun beds and umbrellas this all makes for a very comfortable holiday home, and we are looking forward to returning next year.

Well positioned villa with good facilities
Clean, well maintained villa with plenty of space. Sandy and Richard are wonderful hosts with nothing too much trouble. Comfy beds, well equipped kitchen and plenty of sun beds. Free English TV available and the wi-fi was pretty quick and stable. I'd have no hesitation in recommending Claravista for a family summer holiday.
