Interior layout On the ground level, you have a large light and airy lounge with patio doors leading on to the large side terrace suitable for dining. A beautiful brand new kitchen with american style fridge, the lounge has a lovely L shaped sofa with a decorative fire place (not for use). There are also two double bedrooms and a bathroom. One of the ground floor bedrooms has an ensuite toilet included.

On the first floor, there is a double bedroom with a brand new modern bathroom which includes a bath tub. There are built in wardrobes in the super large room. The patio doors lead to a grand size wrap around terrace, with a comfortable seating and lounging area. The views out to sea are amazing.

The lounge has airconditioning plus ceiling fans to keep you cool in the summer and a fire place for the cooler winter evenings.

Kitchen:

Brand new and very stylish ktichen with a dining bar and american style fridge.

Bedrooms:

There are three bedrooms , with double beds. All have wardrobes.

Exterior Very large grounds with orange trees dotted throughout.

The newly renovated pool area is beautiful. There is a traditional BBQ with a bar area included, perfect for the dining outside days.
