The apartment comes fully furnished. There is plenty of outside space with a south facing terrace. Stunning sea views from the roof top solarium which is also perfect for soaking up the sun. It is only a ten minute walk to all the local amenities of Mojacar Playa, including shops, bars, banks, restaurants, a commercial centre and the blue flag beaches. This is a perfect apartment for tranquility but also just a short distance away from everything you could need.
IMPORTANT NOTICE REGARDING SWIMMING POOLS
We do not guarantee the use of community swimming pools outside the main summer season. Swimming pools will be open from 1st July until 31st August. Outside that period we cannot be made responsible for swimming pools not being open.

Interior layout Lounge: There is a comfortable lounge/dining room with a flat screen TV and air conditioning.

Kitchen: The fully fitted kitchen comprises of a microwave, hob, oven, washing machine and fridge freezer and has ample storage.
Exterior The apartment is on a small well maintained urbanisation with gated access, allocated parking, a communal swimming pool and gardens. All of the rooms are very bright and spacious with high ceilings and large windows.
Sleeping arrangements Bedroom one is a double with air conditioning.
Bedrom two is a twin also with air conditioning.
