Situated in the popular complex of Oasis Del Mar, this is a great house for families to enjoy as it is located near all of the facilities Mojacar has to offer including the beach, restaurants, bars and shops.
The entrance has a terrace with bistro table and comfortable chairs to enjoy a morning coffee. Inside there is a kitchen with all modern appliances, and opposite is a cloakroom. The lounge and dining area is a lovely open space, this leads out to a large terrace with an outside dining area
The beauty of this property is there is another duplex available next door but one so 2 familes could holiday together whilst having their own space.
The apartment has a smart TV which has access to Netflix and Prime etc but if you wish to watch TV channels from your country, then we advise you bring your own firestick.

Exterior There is a front terrace at the front of the house and a larger one at the back that looks over the swimming pool and gardens. To get the best views, there is a fabulous roof terrace with 360 degree vistas of Mojacar. There is large sofa to relax in the evening sun and also a dining area.
