Interior layout Casa La Collalba is a free standing home with two floors of living space and three separate patio terraces, including the solarium on the roof which overlooks the Sierra Cabrera valley. The bottom floor includes one bedroom with attached bathroom as well as the lower terrace with charcoal BBQ grill, sun loungers and a 6 person picnic bench. The second floor is the main area featuring the middle terrace with a breakfast table and four seats, the front door, lounge and dining room area, full kitchen, bedroom with attached bathroom, laundry room with a washer, dryer and clothes line.
Exterior From here the steps lead up to the solarium which covers the entire roof of the building and features breathtaking panoramic views of the Cabrera valley.
